- Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a seamless setup and activation experience.
- Drive adoption and engagement, helping customers integrate satellite data into their workflows.
- Build long-term relationships, acting as the main point of contact for technical and commercial follow-up.
- Monitor service performance end-to-end - taking proactive action to address issues, optimise delivery, and ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality data.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and business reviews to support customer success.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with the sales team to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Monitor usage metrics and customer health, addressing issues proactively to reduce churn.
- Turn happy customers into advocates and case studies that demonstrate the impact of our technology.
- A background in customer success, account management, or solution delivery, ideally in a technical or geospatial environment.
- Understanding of Earth Observation (EO) and its applications (e.g. agriculture, climate, infrastructure, defence).
- Knowledge of satellite image processing and geospatial technologies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and translate it into action.
