E-Invoicing Systems ConsultantEpsilon Net, the Largest Group of Business Software in Greece with a full portfolio of specialized services and software solutions, seeking for E-Invoicing Systems Consultant.🧩 About the RoleAs an E-Invoicing Systems Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized, seamless e-invoicing solutions. You'll help optimize integrations, provide expert guidance, and collaborate to ensure clients get the most out of our platform, all while addressing their unique business needs.⚙️ What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the go-to expert for our partners and clients, delivering consulting and support for digital invoicing solutions.
  • Customize and extend our Commercial Platform's integration API to align with customer workflows and requirements.
  • Guide partners through the implementation journey, from setup to training on our e-Invoicing web applications.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and recommend smart, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to turn business needs into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Troubleshoot both technical and business-related issues.
✅What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment.
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Advanced experience with XML and JSON files.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of e-invoicing systems and related technologies.
  • Experience with ERP Systems.
  • Strong communication skills-you can translate tech talk into everyday language for clients.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
