- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via our helpdesk.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, including inventory records and manuals.
- Assist in network and server administration tasks.
- Collaborate with the IT team on the rollout and support of new tools and technologies.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure security and performance.
- Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Additional IT certifications are a strong plus.
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (user management, security, compliance).
- Strong working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
