As we continue to grow across stores and digital channels, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the efficient end-to-end operations of Celestino’s Warehouse. The main objective is to ensure smooth warehouse functioning while optimizing processes, managing inventory, and guiding a team of warehouse personnel. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in sustaining supply chain integrity, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and fostering a safe and efficient workplace for the team.What You'll Be Doing· Develop and implement streamlined inventory control procedures.· Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.· Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.· Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.· Assign tasks and establish clear expectations to achieve operational goals.· Implement best practices for receiving, storing, and shipping products.· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.· Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address repairs and issues promptly.· Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of orders.· Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools for inventory tracking and management.· Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to enhance cost efficiency.· The role reports to the Logistics Director.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).· Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.· Proven experience in fashion retail logistics, especially in eCommerce fulfillment, is highly advantageous.· Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.· Proficient in logistics software and tools.· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.· Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsWhy Celestino· We offer a competitive compensation package that truly reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team.· Unlock your full potential through ongoing training programs, workshops, and access to industry insights that help you grow personally and professionally.· We believe in promoting from within.
