- Responsible for compiling and distributing supply chain reports.
- Update daily/weekly reports concerning stock levels and availability.
- Providing an overview of market demand in coordination with Sales and Product Management.
- Long-term resource management planning for preparing long term delivery materials and facilities by discussing the demand for mid- and long-term period (4 to 6 months) in advance.
- Analyzing stock levels and collaborating with Sales and Product Management to optimize inventory turnover.
- Track and analyze forecast versus actual sales, stock availability, orders, and production schedules.
- Oversee direct shipments, inbound logistics, and production planning.
- Facilitate communication and reporting between Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.
- Preparing materials for meetings to highlight supply and demand challenges, enabling quick decision-making by management.
- Maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties in the supply chain, including HQ, factories, distribution centers, and the logistics team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
