Under this new business model, Printec will actively manage about 900 ATMs all over Greece, aiming to facilitate easy access to cash for everyone focusing on optimized operations and a great user experience. Join our team as a Network Optimization Lead, where your mission will be to ensure the efficiency, profitability, and strategic expansion of our ATM network in line with business goals.Responsibilities

Conduct market research to evaluate current and potential ATM locations and identify high-demand locations; prepare and present business cases, including financial forecasts and demographic analyses, for relocation approvals.
Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords to secure optimal ATM placements.
Initiate and lead lease negotiations with landlords, ensuring contracts align with company goals and comply with legal requirements.
Participate in the ATM installation process in collaboration with the Operations team and external subcontractors.
Monitor ATM performance, ensuring uptime, profitability, and customer satisfaction; propose measures to optimize performance and align with profitability targets.
Utilize customer contact activity tools to maintain accurate logs and update business systems; prepare meetings, presentations, and regular reports for stakeholders as per company processes.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage operational risks.

Track market trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
5+ years in ATM operations and banking regulations
Experience in real estate management with a solid understanding of statistical data
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
