Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of BBI - Aktor RT Joint Venture, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position in Athens:Site Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)BBI - Aktor RT Joint Venture: An exciting Joint Venture between Bouygues Batiment International S.A. and Aktor S.A., to build the Riviera Tower in Ellinikon, Greece.This iconic structure, with 50 floors and a height of 200m, will stand as the highest building in Greece. Building our team, we are currently looking for a Site Engineer to be responsible for supervising work in designated technical areas including Technical Room PLB, Garbage Chute systems, Building Management Systems (BMS). This role requires a professional with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met while coordinating with multiple trade teams and stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to work full-time on site, contributing to a significant construction project in a dynamic environment.What you'll do:

Supervise mechanical installations and ensure proper interfacing between various trades
Manage and monitor systems such as Domestic Hot Water, Chilled Water, and Underfloor Heating
Oversee mechanical components including pumps, boosters, AHUs, and BMS
Perform Testing & Commissioning (T&C), flushing, and network balancing activities
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Deliver training and support to on-site team members

Typical requirements and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
Previous experience in construction site supervision and safety procedures
Excellent knowledge of simple mechanical systems and BMS operations
Familiarity with hydraulic systems and HVAC components
Ability to provide training and development opportunities for team members
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluency in English, spoken and written
