Joining our local Scrum teams based in Athens, the successful candidate will work closely with domestic and international development teams.Requirements

Design and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and other features to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Uphold best practices for security, governance, and compliance within the SharePoint environment, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development, with proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and REST API integration.
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content databases, service applications, and farm configuration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with building SPFx components with React is a plus.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar, are a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
