- Participating in the planning phase and execute the annual event strategy aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives. Ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with Modality and Marketing Managers.
- Aligning and collaborating with the Eastern European Product team to manage KOL participation and involvement in our events.
- Organizing and executing a range of events including internal and external customer meetings, medical conferences, product launches, customer workshops, and webinars.
- Developing a project management mechanism that allows adequate timing for each phase required to deliver a flawless event.
- Creating a Standard of Work with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Working closely with Modality Managers, Commercial Managers, the Marketing Manager, and external vendors to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Planning events according to budget allocations and support budget estimations.
- Aligning with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all event touchpoints, including booth design, collateral, and presentations.
- Improving, optimizing, and driving lead capturing at events, and collaborate with sales teams for effective follow-up. Coordinating with Modality Managers and the Marketing Manager to analyze event performance metrics.
- Ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, AdvaMed, Sunshine Act).
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the ultrasound or medical device industry,
- Strong project management and organizational skills,
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies,
- Good knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools,
- Willingness to travel (30%),
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in medical marketing is a strong advantage.
