Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers across various platforms.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
Document customer interactions and manage support tickets to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with IT teams to address complex technical problems as needed.
Participate in team discussions and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
Continuously update your knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in IT support, service desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote team setting.
Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with ticketing systems and support tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid European Passport or ID required.
