These innovations will not only revolutionize the daily operations of thousands of hospitality industry employees but also reshape the very essence of travel for people across the globe.About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate (Internship) to support our financial accounting operations with day-to-day transactions ideally for a 6-months period with the opportunity for full-time employment in the future.The Finance & Accounting Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to processing payments to external partners, maintaining updated cost reports and managing invoices. Ultimately, you will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time while ensuring controls are in place and accounting policies are being followed.Indicative Responsibilities

Manage the daily preparation of sales invoices
Communicate with clients about issues with billing
Monitor invoices to ensure timely collection of payments
Support our teams on finance related issues
Assist the Finance function with other responsibilities and ad hoc requests

Studying towards or being a graduate of BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Fluency in English
0-1 years of work experience
Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) & GSuite
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Strong organizational skills
Problem-solving attitude
