Station Manager Rent A Car - Chios

• Supervises daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring that provided services meet customer expectations
• Coordinates the station team to ensure optimal fleet performance and maximum customer satisfaction
• Ensures the implementation of the station’s operational policies and compliance with safety standards
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs
• Ensures all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including scheduling regular inspections and repairs

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in the transportation industry
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, responsibility and team spirit
• Holder of a valid driving license
