- Supervises daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring that provided services meet customer expectations
- Coordinates the station team to ensure optimal fleet performance and maximum customer satisfaction
- Ensures the implementation of the station’s operational policies and compliance with safety standards
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs
- Ensures all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including scheduling regular inspections and repairs
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in the transportation industry
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, responsibility and team spirit
- Holder of a valid driving license
