Have you completed any Java projects in the past?Have you completed your IT studies and you’re about to take your first professional step?Are you interested in working in one of the biggest IT Groups, for a banking project?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking for Entry Level IT Consultants (Junior Application Developers), to join a large team that supports a Business Process Management Project for a major bank in Greece.📌 Location: Piraeus, Greece📍 Working model: Hybrid (a few days on premise per week)It’s an initial 1-year contract, with option to extendWhat you will do:You will be working closely with a team of experienced Developers and Analysts on a Business Process Management Platform, aiming to optimize the banking procedures.More specifically you will be:

Participating in full software development lifecycle of Banking projects, with a focus on the backend (Java)

Applying existing standards for programming, naming, security & performance
Providing proper code documentation

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
Hands-on experience with Java or C# (overall OOP.) (*There is no requirement for professional experience, but personal projects developed will be highly appreciated)
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience using Git framework for version control will be a plus
Analytical thinking & problem-solving attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Fluency in Greek & English
