- Ensure that take over documents and condition reports from the certified inspection partner, have no unjustified deviations
- Make sure that the relevant processes are followed and are aligned with those that are documented
- Confirm that all contracted damages are included when evaluating the take over document and the condition report provided form the certified inspection partner
- Check that all criteria for depreciation depending on severity, mileage and contract duration are aligned with the agreed SLA
- Make certain that timely and adequate information with regards to the damages of a terminated vehicle is provided to the client
- Cooperate with the staff of the Commercial department when is necessary in order to provide all information related to the amount that will be charged
- Closely cooperate with the Remarketing Supervisor in order to resolve any dispute that may raised by the Customer or the Driver
- Ensure that that vehicles have KTEO or/ and to collect the necessary docs in case they are missing
- Provide reporting to the Remarketing Supervisor and the Remarketing Director
- Ensure that relevant database is updated
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in timely manner
- Manage the keys requested by the departments or Customers
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service; experience in automotive industry will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in English - verbal and written
- IT literate with excellent command of MS Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to manage data collection and filing
- Ability to multitask
- Being able to use empathy (Interpersonal sensitivity)
- Be able to divert pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions
