- Implement the QMS on the production line.
- Make decisions and coordinate all the matters concerning QMS.
- Cooperate with maintenance and production line departments.
- Oversee and manages the human resources of the quality control department.
- Conduct statistical analysis of quality and technical data and report to the Mill-Director to maximize the quality standards of the production.
- Contribute to the implementation of process control in cooperation with the Quality Director and under the guidance of the Mill-Director.
- Initiate and update the procedures and instruction manuals that are relevant to QMS.
- Revise and approve supplier's certifications. Oversee the quality control procedures during supply delivery when needed.
- Report on problematic supplies and raw materials in cooperation with the Laboratory Director.
- Revise and maintain the physical data of quality control.
- Issue and sign quality certifications for the products.
- Prepare production tests in cooperation with the Laboratory Director.
- Writes ITP / MPS orders.
- Prepare the Data Book in cooperation with the Project Manager.
- Strong academic background.
- Extensive previous experience as a Quality Management Engineer, Supervisor, or Manager in an Industrial environment.
- Familiar with laboratory testing.
- Strong English skills, any other language an advantage.
