- Support the creation, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements for retailers in collaboration with the Group Key Account Manager.
- Fully manage designated national retail accounts and act as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to close and execute agreements with regional/local retailers.
- Participate in designing annual promo packs, tailor-made activities, and retailer-specific visibility plans (leaflets, in-store activations, TV exposure).
- Negotiate in-store visibility to maximize product exposure.
- Act as the key liaison between Key Accounts and Field Sales to ensure perfect execution of agreed activities.
- Monitor stock allocation for promo SKUs, track sell-in, and manage daily ordering to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Analyze customer and market data (PowerBI, SAP, Nielsen) to generate insights that support category growth and improve performance.
- Support the development and execution of Sales Plans and Joint Value Creation Plans for assigned retailers.
- Manage e-retail operations for designated accounts (content accuracy, promo execution, stock replenishment).
- Propose distribution expansion, support new product launches, and identify category opportunities based on market trends.
- Provide clear reporting on customer performance, promo effectiveness, and results to enable data-driven commercial decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and particularly in retail or Modern Trade environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand shopper behavior and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in insights generation.
- High level of comfort with digital tools: MS Office, Power BI, SAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
