Job DescriptionLocation: CRETE, GreeceRole: Czech Customer Support AdvisorSalary: monthly salary : Euro 900 gross salary + Euro 50 gross on salary after 6 months of employment + Euro 50 gross on salary after 12 months of employment + free accommodation OR 300 gross as accommodation bonus + relocation (flight ticket and taxi from the airport)Relocation: Includes initial flight to CRETE, taxi pick up from the airport, and free accomodationThe RoleWe are recruiting for fluent Czech speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in CRETE, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a very well known technology company, and you will be answering inbound calls from customers who are experiencing technical issues with their mobile devices, computers or their customer accounts. Problem solving and first time resolution is all part of this job.Requirements
The successful candidate should have:

Excellent communication skills in Czech both written and spoken
Good command of English
Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Multi tasking skills
Positive & Flexible attitude
