It is all about clean, effective plant-powered formulas that capture the beauty of Greece in harmony with nature.KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Production Planning Supervisor to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.Main Responsibilities

Generates the master plan of the factory through rough-cut capacity planning process
Tackles capacity inefficiencies and highlights supply issues to all stakeholders
Promptly addresses and resolves production issues to minimize delays
Coordinates planning actions for new products and new launches in collaboration with other departments by incorporating requirements in the master production schedule
Communicates with internal stakeholders about significant production schedule’s changes that affect the agreed deadlines
Supervises the production planning team
Evaluates purchases orders for raw and packaging materials to support the production schedule of the plant
Monitors materials’ stock levels and takes actions that lead to inventory reduction
Maintains departmental KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related field
At least- 4-6 years of working experience in Production Planning/Supply chain management, preferably in cosmetics or pharma industry
Mandatory knowledge of SAP R/3 (SAP S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure in a volatile environment driven by commercial trends
Strong understanding of the supply chain process
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and other supply chain team members
Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for long periods
Sound judgment using available data
