- Providing end-to-end management and execution of ongoing bids & submissions.
- Identifying new opportunities and monitors tender portals.
- Acting as the gatekeeper of the tender library and is responsible for updating its content and data continuously as needed.
- Managing the timely delivery of bid inputs by internal and external company resources.
- Supporting in drafting commercial offers in coordination with the finance and business development teams.
- Assuring the quality, compliance and completeness of all RFx submitted by the company.
- Ad-hoc active involvement in managing the company’s contracts with government clients.
- Preparing presentations and reports to the Top Management.
- 4 years of bids and proposals’ management experience supporting public sector, government and international institutions’ customers.
- Strong project management skills. Prince2 and/or PMI certification will be considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, European Studies, or Politics.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good leadership and organizational skills, service orientation, personal accountability, and integrity.
- Critical thinking, bold and timely decision-making, strong Project and Change management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Ideally Spanish languages, providing a globally recognised language certificate will be a plus (e.g. IESOL C2)
- Competence in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and proficient with Microsoft Dynamics and similar CRM software

- If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
