- Team Management and Leadership:
- Serve as the direct manager for assigned Expansion Associates.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that aligns with the company's culture and values.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Interdepartmental Cooperation:
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with other departments to streamline expansion operations.
- Process Oversight and Improvement:
- Oversee and continuously evaluate the handover process during expansion phases.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in launching new destinations.
- Recruitment and Training:
- Support the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing and selection.
- Coordinate and conduct training for new team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Target Management and KPI Oversight:
- Responsible for achieving targets and KPIs related to launching new destinations and maintaining operational excellence in these areas.
- Monitor team performance against set KPIs, providing regular feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Destination Management:
- Assign destinations effectively among team members, ensuring strategic and efficient launches.
- Ensure all documentation for new destinations is created, maintained, and updated.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Regularly report to the Head of Expansion on the team's progress, challenges, and achievements concerning the expansion goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Expansion for ongoing and future expansion strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or business expansion.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data and identifying market trends.
- Competence in using data analysis tools to inform decision-making.
- Competence in addressing and solving problems effectively.
- Experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving targets and KPIs.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and strategies for performance improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interactions.
- Proven ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
