- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Technology Assessment and Implementation: Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the hospitality industry and assess their potential impact. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital solutions to improve operational processes, guest services, and revenue generation.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance the overall guest experience, including mobile apps, self-service kiosks, online booking platforms, and personalized services.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to gather actionable insights from customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance metrics. Leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize business processes, marketing strategies, and revenue management.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of digital innovation and adoption within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, support, and buy-in for digital transformation initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, and other stakeholders to drive innovation, access new markets, and enhance competitive positioning.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity best practices in all digital initiatives. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Benchmarking and innovation: Elaborate industry and technology best practices while fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations ; ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends in the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving innovation and change.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
