- Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility.
- Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability.
- Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt's products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of his/her coverage, in line with the recommendations for each brand as well as in line with 3D (Detailing - Distribution - Display).
- Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt's name and products.
- Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long-term business growth and customers' loyalty.
- Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect and influence healthcare professionals.
- A proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of medical authorities.
- Committed to ethical practises and familiar with the regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.
- University Degree is a must/Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
- Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory.
- Fluency in English.
