This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleEmbark on a fulfilling journey as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Reckitt. In this position, you'll harness your passion for the healthcare field to introduce life-enhancing pharmaceutical products to professionals who care for patients every day. Armed with a deep understanding of our products and the compassion to make a difference, you'll be the bridge between our breakthrough solutions and the healthcare community. As a Pharma Sales Representative you'll be responsible for the sales and market share achievements in the Pharma channel for East Macedonia and Thrace's area.Your responsibilities
  • Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility.
  • Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability.
  • Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt's products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of his/her coverage, in line with the recommendations for each brand as well as in line with 3D (Detailing - Distribution - Display).
  • Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt's name and products.
  • Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long-term business growth and customers' loyalty.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies.
The experience we're looking for
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect and influence healthcare professionals.
  • A proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of medical authorities.
  • Committed to ethical practises and familiar with the regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • University Degree is a must/Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
  • Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
