Are you passionate about marketing and public relations?Do you thrive in dynamic environments where creativity meets strategy?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for Marketing & PR Coordinator.📌 Location: Athens📍 Working Model: On-site🖋️You will be reporting to: PR & Marketing DirectorWhat you will do:The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and PR, proactive in their approach, and committed to driving the success of the organization's brand. As a Marketing & PR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for shaping and maintaining the public image of the organization through strategic communication, engagement, and promotion efforts.More specifically:

Co-create marketing communications campaigns, coordinate the flow of information and communication, and disseminate it according to plan/strategy. Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials and ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
Supervise social media outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and coordinate email or direct mail campaigns.
Coordinate and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and speaking proposals.
Create and distribute customer surveys in cooperation with the CRM department.
Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities, track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, and exhibition-related projects.
Organize the production of branded items and support the Dealer Network with all necessary marketing materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the automotive industry
Candidates with relevant experience in a marketing agency who have handled automotive clients, will be considered an asset.
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
General understanding of all required Marketing concepts, Digital and CRM.
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
Willingness to join a multinational company with high end automotive brands
Driving license B category
