Plan and execute system upgrades and major changes in Microsoft infrastructure
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system availability and performance
Develop and implement service automations
Support strategic IT projects, including cloud integrations and infrastructure enhancements
Fulfill service requests and resolve technical incidents
Collaborate with Network and Security teams on incidents, projects, and architecture
Conduct technical assessments and evaluations
Provide analysis and recommendations across teams on service functionality
Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, services, and processes.

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

University or Technological Institute Degree in Computer Science or relative faculty
Minimum 7 years of work experience in a relevant environment
Proven experience working in large-scale infrastructure environments involving Microsoft core-infrastructure technologies
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft core infrastructure services, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange/Email systems
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot these services in complex, enterprise-scale environments
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
Possess any MCSE certification.
