- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks among housekeeping staff efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Address and report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Familiarity with MS Office and housekeeping management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
