About This RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager – Monetization & Fulfillment to support the development of features and processes that help us grow revenue and deliver value to users.You’ll be the link between teams, helping ensure our monetization and fulfillment features meet business goals while creating a great user experience. You’ll learn directly from experienced Product Managers and get hands-on exposure to the product lifecycle from brainstorming and analyzing data to testing, launching, and improving features.Responsibilities

Support monetization features (payments, subscriptions, cashback) by analyzing flows and spotting opportunities to improve
Contribute to fulfillment improvements so customers and providers enjoy smoother end-to-end workflows
Analyze data and user behavior to uncover pain points and suggest improvements
Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, and finance to bring ideas to life
Assist with research and testing by gathering feedback, supporting pilots, and monitoring launched features

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and guide decisions
Curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex systems (e.g., payments, logistics) and adapt to new domains
Clear and adaptable communication skills, able to connect well with engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple small initiatives at once
Basic understanding of software delivery processes (Agile/Scrum) is helpful, but not required
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Stripe, or analytics platforms is preferred, but eagerness to learn matters most
A growth mindset: open to feedback, motivated to learn, and excited to grow into the role
A degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred, but not required; recent graduates and career changers are welcome!
