Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the beautiful coastal town of Syvota, Greece. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, SEO, and website content
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, forecasting future performance and ROI
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines in all marketing and sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and digital marketing tools
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing and SEO
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of any other European languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for industry events and client meetings
