- Functions as the leader of the group's sales department for the resorts.
- Manages the properties reactive and proactive sales efforts.
- Provides day to day leadership to sales managers to achieve properties sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and revenues.
- Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the properties sales objectives.
- Evaluates the properties participation in the various sales channels and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the properties.
- Manages the marketing budget to enable development of properties specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet properties objectives.
- Previous managerial sales experience within the hospitality industry required.
- Market knowledge (English and German especially)
- Contracting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Internet.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Display initiative, perseverance and analytical skills.
- Effective communication.
- Team player and ability to get along with others.
- Ability to read, write and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal).
