- Provide full-cycle support for People & Culture-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Support during internal and external training sessions for employee development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in tracking HR KPIs, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and performance metrics.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, preferably in a hospitality or service- oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proven experience in heavy recruitment activities, including creating and executing recruitment plans to meet staffing needs efficiently.
