Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: https://netcompany.com/cases/Job DescriptionWhat does it feel like to be a Test Leader in Netcompany?Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 240+ professionals and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany SEE & EUI organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies.As a Test Leader you will:

Define and implement test strategies to ensure the software quality.
Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Monitor manual and automated tests during creation, execution, and maintenance.
Ensure that the testing processes are improved continuously.
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish testing scopes/strategy, goals, and testing requirements.
Review and approve all test artifacts and testing deliverables.
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
Participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties.
Demonstrate strategic agility, set priorities based on business requirements, and releases' planning.
Openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team.
Drive for results, encourage decisions, processes, and outcomes of the highest quality.
Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising test team members.
Stay updated on industry best practices.

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Min 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience (at least 2 year)
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
Deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements
Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and strong knowledge of API testing (at least five years)
Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Jira Zephyr
Factory Acceptance Testing experience.
Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and BPM standards.
Excellent command of MS Office.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

ISTQB or other relevant certifications
Automated testing experience is considered a plus.
Experience in Jenkins is considered as a plus.
