As a Siemens Solution Partner since 2009, we bring the latest automation innovations to life.Position OverviewAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure that all activities related to the construction of liquid food production lines adhere to company guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

Organize, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
Ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources
Collaborate with the project team and Operations Manager
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their work
Ensure the implementation of hygiene, safety, and environmental protection practices
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Test, commission, and deliver projects to clients

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in engineering applications at industrial installations
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Excellent command of English (written and oral)
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Flexibility to travel in Greece and abroad
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in production line installation projects for dairy producers
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
