- Prospective Client Identification: Proactively research and pinpoint potential B2B clients in various industries using diverse tools and platforms.
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), all conducted fluently in German.
- Needs Discovery & Qualification: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand client requirements, challenges, and current solutions, effectively assessing their potential as a sales opportunity.
- Solution Articulation: Clearly explain the benefits of our innovative software solutions, tailoring your message to resonate with each prospect's specific needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Successfully arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless transition of promising leads.
- CRM Management: Meticulously maintain records of all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate data and clear pipeline visibility.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable feedback from the market regarding trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our sales and marketing strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and sales best practices to consistently enhance your performance.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native (C2) fluency in German is essential, including an understanding of regional nuances. Strong English communication skills (B2/C1) are also required for internal communication, training, and collaborating with global teams.
- Sales Acumen: A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in a similar Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales capacity is a must.
- Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport, articulate value, and address objections effectively.
- Resilience & Drive: A highly motivated, target-driven individual who performs well under pressure and is not deterred by challenges.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose relevant solutions.
