- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Drive sales within big retail chains and supermarkets, working closely with category managers and buyers.
- Support the sales team in managing existing key accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and product pitches.
- Find opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across existing accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to launch effective, sales-oriented campaigns.
- Proven hands-on experience in sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Background in key account sales, especially in large retail chains and supermarkets, is highly desirable.
- Solid experience in account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
