Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking airline customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Deliver accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotions.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and airline information to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in French (native proficiency) and proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
Willingness to work remotely and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
