- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns that attract high-end clientele.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, travel professionals, and key stakeholders in the luxury market.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from generating proposals to contract creation and closure.
- Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position our hotels.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
- Utilize customer feedback and insights to adapt our sales approach and improve service delivery.
- Set a standard of excellence in customer service and foster a culture of guest-first mentality.
- Engage actively with guests to gather feedback and enhance the overall experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury hotel management or related field.
- Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills (additional languages a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a passion for luxury hospitality.
