SWOT Hospitality is a premier hotel management company, recognized and trusted by international investors, developers, and leading hospitality brands. With extensive expertise in hotel management, investment, development, sales and marketing strategies, as well as advisory services, SWOT Hospitality is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join our team in Athens and lead commercial success for a distinguished Destination by Hyatt property in Paros.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns that attract high-end clientele.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, travel professionals, and key stakeholders in the luxury market.
Managing Sales Activities
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations, working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from generating proposals to contract creation and closure.
Utilizing Market Insights for Strategic Sales Execution
  • Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position our hotels.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize customer feedback and insights to adapt our sales approach and improve service delivery.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Set a standard of excellence in customer service and foster a culture of guest-first mentality.
  • Engage actively with guests to gather feedback and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury hotel management or related field.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Highly professional, motivated, and detail-oriented.
