- Handling of emails and incoming phone calls
- Greeting clients and providing quality customer service
- Scheduling professional meetings, appointments and viewings with clients
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Making office supplies arrangements
- Ensuring good operation of the premises, including but not limited to checking the good cleaning of the space
- Handling new client inquiries, offers, and follow ups
- (Bachelor's) degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant work experience in front office/customer service is a plus
- Strong communicational skills both in Greek and English
- Great organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel)
- Highly motivated team player
