Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer support is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to explain complex digital concepts in an accessible manner
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
