
Regional Tech Product Manager – Consumer Data Ecosystem & Digital Marketing Products

- Own and evolve the regional product roadmap for the CDP, aligning with global vision and market needs
- Own Global roadmap of the CRM Capability, partner with Business CRM Global Owner to define offering, adoption plans for CRM capability.
- Partner with local marketing, media, and analytics teams to drive adoption and activation of CDP and global digital products
- Define and manage operating models, implementation plans, and budget alignment across markets
- Serve as the regional point of contact for global marketing tech products - including websites, media activation platforms, and GenAI solutions
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on regional insights
- Ensure adherence to legal, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards in deployment and operation
- Collect requirements from regional and local teams translating business requirements to technical scope
- Collaborates with Architecture team, Application/Platform, Technical Product teams to make right technology choices
- Be very creative and curious and make regular contributions to new product ideas based on market need, usage conclusions and industry trends.
- Understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications, key integrations and data flows
- Hands on guidance & troubleshooting of implementations within multi-agency digital projects
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance
- 8+ years of experience in IT, digital marketing technology, or product management
- Demonstrated experience leading digital product implementation across multiple markets
- Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution through collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Strong understanding of CDPs, CRM activation capabilities, orchestration capabilities, MarTech ecosystems, and digital marketing workflows
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in global matrixed organizations preferred
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, data governance, and privacy frameworks is a plus
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Proactively identify improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude
- Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies
- Fluent in English
- Certifications in ITIL, SAFe Agile
- Familiar with basics of cloud environments (GCP)
