Our success comes from us working together as one team to make a positive difference for the local communities we serve.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBThe Company is seeking to recruit a candidate to cover the position of Route to Market Projects Manager responsible to lead & manage both local & group strategic initiatives working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, DTPS many other teams ensuring effectiveness of strategy & be actively involved in change management. The role will require a combination of project management skills, strategic thinking, and a rounded understanding of Field Sales, Marketing & Finance along with market trends & Supply Chain for a holistic approach.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Deep understanding of FMCG Commercial Operations and market to drive result in the most impactful way
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills, ability to read the bigger picture through understanding the story behind the numbers

  • Ambassador of new ideas striving for improvement and automation tools and influencing others to do so
  • Synthesis skills & problem-solving mindset overcoming obstacles & bottlenecks
  • Leading change related to processes, including the integration of new tools, systems, and best practices
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, building narratives and help data decision makings
  • Multiple stakeholders' management skills, dealing demanding requests and ensuring win-win agreements
  • Information Technology expertise: PowerPoint excellence, MS Excel & analytics tools
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively participates and is a key enabler during the development of Commercial BP working with Senior Leadership to align RTM strategies with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Manages project budgets and resources, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within financial and operational constraints
  • Combines insights from multiple data sources to assess the performance of current RTM channels & leads scenario planning exercises to explore different RTM strategies and assess their potential impacts on business performance
  • Ensures strategic alignment across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to create a unified and efficient approach
  • Identifies opportunities that can drive improvements and innovation in the route to market while manages the integration of changes across departments
  • Develops and presents to key stakeholders holistic deployment plans, business cases & progress reviews while making sure that initiatives are connected with critical business indicators (KBIs)
  • Leads the execution of new strategic initiatives related to RTM & manages the integration of changes across departments developing & delivering holistic plans
  • Enables full exploitation of tools, systems & reports by Field Sales driving actively the Digital RTM agenda such as e-B2B expansion managing end to end our Webshop (Coca-Cola Hellenic Customer Portal)
  • Investigates & benchmarks against best practices across CCH and the outside market while collaborating closely with Group Route to Market team
  • Facilitates the operationalization agenda for Route to Market department & enables synthesis within RTM
