- Manages project budgets and resources, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within financial and operational constraints
- Combines insights from multiple data sources to assess the performance of current RTM channels & leads scenario planning exercises to explore different RTM strategies and assess their potential impacts on business performance
- Ensures strategic alignment across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to create a unified and efficient approach
- Identifies opportunities that can drive improvements and innovation in the route to market while manages the integration of changes across departments
- Develops and presents to key stakeholders holistic deployment plans, business cases & progress reviews while making sure that initiatives are connected with critical business indicators (KBIs)
- Leads the execution of new strategic initiatives related to RTM & manages the integration of changes across departments developing & delivering holistic plans
- Enables full exploitation of tools, systems & reports by Field Sales driving actively the Digital RTM agenda such as e-B2B expansion managing end to end our Webshop (Coca-Cola Hellenic Customer Portal)
- Investigates & benchmarks against best practices across CCH and the outside market while collaborating closely with Group Route to Market team
- Facilitates the operationalization agenda for Route to Market department & enables synthesis within RTM
