- Be familiar and have valuable experience with HR fundamentals.
- Assist in drafting, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Propose suggestions in order to improve efficiency of HR Department
- Organize in an annual and bi annual base colleagues performance appraisal and undertake all respective actions in order to ensure on time successful implementation of appraisal.
- Act as an HR Advisor to all colleagues in matters regarding HR policies/procedures, benefits, and provide assistance to labor law and regulations queries
- Provide support, resolve HR issues and handle employee relations
- Administer in a daily basis employee attendance and ensure that all employees’ personal files and records are filed and updated(electronic & paperwork)
- Handle onboarding and orientation program of new colleague and ensure it is successfully implemented
- Support activities related to budget, compensation & benefits and serve as a backup for activities related to payroll
- Propose, plan & handle training and developmental plans.
- Be familiar with HR metrics in order to prepare HR reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance of HR according to employment law and regulations
- Enforce information security controls under the responsibility of the role
- He/She does not violate Organization’s technical & organizational controls which are in effect
- Safeguard Organization’s information and assets
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Studies or in similar fields
- Master’s Degree in HRM will be considered an asset
- At least 5 years of working experience within a multinational HR environment and excellent knowledge on HR Systems
- Good knowledge of HR regulations and labor law matters
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office, HRIS systems
- People soft skills will be considered a plus
