As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality, while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.Tasks

Be an integral part of our sales team, driven by high targets and revenue generation.
Assist clients in converting boat holiday requests into bookings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence product development.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Passion for sales, with a drive for achieving high targets.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a compassionate and open demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and close deals effectively.
Self-confidence, proactiveness, and determination to succeed.
Fluency in speaking Dutch at Native level and English, any additional languages are considered a bonus.
Based in Athens, Greece.
