We believe that the future of work is defined by flexibility, location independence and should be built around the new needs of our clients, our teams and our people.Your Impact:Tailwind is on the lookout for a talented and driven Solutions Engineering Executive to join our innovative team.As a Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement process, working closely with our sales and product teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and strategic mindset to showcase the value of our products and services. The successful candidate will be based at the Tailwind's Tech Hub in Patras.Key Responsibilities:

Become the technical expert for the industry-leading advertisement measurement and verification platform, Integral Ad Science (IAS), as well as the cutting-edge retail media offering platform, CitrusAd.
Lead the onboarding process, and provide initial, and ongoing training to clients to enable them to effectively use the company’s partner platforms.
Serve as a technical advisor and consultant to clients, offering insights and recommendations on solution architecture and implementation.
Liaise with customers for providing support and consulting on our digital advertising products and services.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and objectives.

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Information Technology.
Exhibits a proactive, goal-oriented approach and is capable of understanding and prioritizing tasks quickly.
Embraces a collaborative mindset with a passion for driving customer success and delivering exceptional results.
Possess the technical attitude and desire to learn the intricacies of TailWind.
Demonstrates excellent command of the English language.
Has fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.

It will be considered a plus:

Previous experience in digital advertising/ technical consulting will be appreciated.
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS is a plus
Familiarity with the Agile framework is a definite plus.
