They are currently recruiting for a German speaking Account Manager.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will represent a renowned American computer software company specializing in illustration and design software packages. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth software functionality, addressing queries, and maximizing their usage of the software. Additionally, you will proactively explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring timely completion of license renewals. Furthermore, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and live chat from potential new clients, attentively listening to their requirements and providing guidance on various products and licensing options.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German and English
Previous sales experience
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Computer literate, experience with illustration and design software a plus
Eagerness to learn and develop
