- Drive sales, profit and share growth across all customers in alignment with company's growth plans
- Support the preparation of annual agreements negotiations in accordance with company's guidelines and objectives.
- Ensure alignment with shopper and brand priorities, in cooperation with Trade Marketing, by executing and monitoring the annual business plan.
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Field team by setting up specific goals, to develop and monitor in store fundamentals features. Identify and seize in store growth opportunities to create value.
- Customer activities data analysis to support decision making and improve effectiveness.
- Market intelligence monitoring and reporting.
- Build long-term customer engagement and constructive relationships within assigned accounts, with a value creation approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or related field, Engineering School, Finance, or relevant field. Master is considered as an asset
- 5+ years as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks.
- Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence with ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communicational skills.
- Analytical & numerical skills.
- Fluent English and Greek.
