You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts.Are you our new Senior Financial Analyst?As a Senior Financial Analyst at the Financial Control team, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the costs of our companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. Supporting Intrum Hellas, Intrum Hellas REO and Intrum BTB, you will collaborate closely with Finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to safeguard financial integrity and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.What will you do:

Support the reconciliation of accounting books and analyze variances versus history and budget
Monitor daily costs and support both accounting and MI reporting, working closely with the Business Control team
Prepare and review expense accruals, intercompany charges, and Trial Balances across all accounting books (Tax, local IFRS, Group)
Provide data and support for internal and external audits
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Intrum and external partners (including but not limited to other teams withing Intrum Hellas, FinCoE, Vendors etc.)
Maintain up-to-date cost control documentation and produce relevant financial reports
Participate in finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

Good understanding of the basic accounting principles
Good knowledge of the Greek financial sector and of its basic products
Sound understanding of the operational and commercial principles of the 3 serviced companies
Knowledge of the basic Greek tax regulations
Capability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to establish effective collaboration with colleagues, managers, and external partners
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
