Provide top-tier support to French-speaking customers through email, chat, and telephone communication.
Quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to the online platform.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex inquiries as needed.
Educate users on platform features to promote better engagement.
Participate in ongoing training initiatives to improve product knowledge and customer service effectiveness.
Requirements
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
No previous experience necessary; enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong desire to learn and an interest in technology.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
