Building, developing and organising a project team, based on the required work package (estimation of required team members, required specialties, etc.)
Supervising, guiding and coordinating a project team of EM Engineers/Designers
Creating, developing and adhering to appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the optimal management and operation of the project team
Collaborating and interacting with other teams involved in the project (participation in Project- and Coordination meetings, etc.)
Working directly with the Manager, keeping them updated about the progress of the project

Qualifications

Degree from a technical or higher education institution (Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering)
At least five (5) years' experience in delivering Electromechanical studies. Additional experience in supervision and/or construction of EM in building projects will be considered a plus
Knowledge of English is essential (knowledge of German is desirable)
Knowledge of CAD Software (Autocad/Revit) is essential (Additional knowledge of BIM-Tools is desirable)
Effective project management and leadership skills with a mentor approach
Critical and integrative thinking approach
