
Payroll & Benefits Administrator

- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including processing enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system
- File and organize payroll-related documents for easy retrieval
- Maintain vacation and sick time records
- Upload to ERGANI all the necessary information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll-related issues
- Point of contact for employee’s request
- 1 year of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferable in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Good knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of Scan HRMS is a plus
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
