- Processing refund requests for automatic renewals
- Resolving activation issues (Error 2: Activation Key not found...) related to software
- Troubleshooting and resolving download issues
- Handling billing inquiries regarding automatic renewal charges
- Supervising upgrades for enhanced protection
- Assisting users in onboarding for subscription services
- Addressing and resolving VPN connection problems ("Connection Error: Secure VPN has experienced a connection failure. Please try again later.")
- Managing updates for credit card information
- Utilizing strong PC skills, multitasking abilities, flexibility, and maintaining a professional approach, including punctuality and attendance, along with soft skills
