📢 We are looking for an aspirated Accountant to join our team based in our offices in Athens!Novibet, founded in 2010, is an established GameTech company that operates in Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Ireland), the Americas (Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador), and New Zealand. With offices in Greece, Malta, and Brazil, Novibet is committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.Your roleAs an Accountant, you will join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team and you will report to the Accounting Manager. You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting department in alignment with the company’s goals and policies. Your daily tasks include:

Manage supplier invoice registration
Handle reconciliation of bank balances with the ERP system
Manage the performing of all the data-entries
Assist in the preparation of executive summaries: operating statements, balance sheets, cash flow etc.
Assist in daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Document multi-currency financial transactions by entering account information into accounting software
Assist in the preparation and settlement of tax returns and tax obligations
Lead, guide and support junior members of the team
Perform other accounting/finance duties as assigned

Requirements

Professional experience between 3 to 5 years, preferably in a multinational Corporation
Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivots, V-Look Up)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment is a plus
Knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS will be considered a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Well-organized, able to meet timelines with the ability to prioritize tasks
Positive and a can-do attitude and team player
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
